Vacation / Time Off
We advocate for more flexible vacation planning — especially during school holiday periods.
Quotas must reflect the people — not just the numbers.
Robotics / Future Roles
Experienced employees will be consulted on which roles suit them in new robotic areas — before hiring externally.
Loyalty and hard work will be recognized and rewarded.
